Hey there fellow dreamers. We made it to the end of the week. Horray!

Here are some photos from my most recent 'Street By Street' video in downtown St. Augustine, Florida - after leaving the St. Johns County Fishing Pier livestream.

This street is Avenida Menendez. Specifically, this street is on the south side of the Plaza de la Constitucion in the downtown historic district. This video faces inland, and there will be a separate video facing towards the Matanzas Bay. Meaning, each Street By Street video showcases one side of a street, in detail, and you as the viewer get both vantage points of any given street I am filming.

I'm enjoying this series of videos soooo much! These videos give each section of a town, or street, their own due time and dedication. As you see in the photos attached for just one little street, there's so many special details... And whether it's shops, signs and historical markers, lions, hotels, bed and breakfasts, restaurants, other statues, trees and foliage, or creatures, and then some - this series shows them street by street - giving each area of a city or town their own spotlight.

Hey there fellow dreamers!

Thank you for joining me to watch a lovely sunrise from beautiful St. Augustine, Florida yesterday.

It was one of the hottest days this year here and I definitely felt it. This entire week seems like it will be in the 90's and full of that Florida humid extreme heat, with the feels like temps over a hundred. It's that deep and wet humidity that really gets to you after just a minute or two lol. You wouldn't know that humidity by looking at these sunrise photos though. The always picturesque St. Augustine - is always warm and inviting.

410) Season's Greetings From St. Augustine, Florida!

Seasons Greetings from St. Augustine, Florida!

As we are continuing to celebrate good tidings and joy all month long on the channel, December happens to be my favorite time of year in the Nation's Oldest City as well.

On this day we focused our walking tour on St. George Street and the Plaza de la Constitucion. This is one of the main areas to see the lights during the Nights of Lights, and also where the town Christmas tree is located. Also, St. George Street houses many of the most popular shops and restaurants, where visitors will frequent throughout this month and the entire festive season.

And while we were checking out the Plaza, we came across quite a surprise... Three little pigs in a buggy.

Yes, you read that right, lol.

In fact, these pigs were in the middle of an Instagram photo shoot when I stumbled upon them. They even had holiday light bulbs lit up on their heads. They were munching on their treats, with smiles as big as the Christmas tree. Temptation was too much, and I asked if I could pet them. Their owner said yes, and also showed me their Instagram so that I could share with you. The pigs are known as Prissy_Pig, in case you'd like to follow them on Instagram. Also, it just happened to be Pop's 11th birthday, the day prior.

I ended up seeing these adorable little pigs a few more times throughout that morning, and you know something? Each time I saw them, the pigs were being fed an abundance of treats. It's nice to know that Prissy, Pop, and the rest of the family are enjoying all the good things about the holidays, including the sweets.

Let me know - Have you ever run into a buggy full of little pigs in a park plaza, eating sweets, light bulbs flashing their heads, as they sit under a Christmas tree?

Considering live-streaming for the 1st time?

Hey There Fellow Dreamers! Here's an example of my experiences before and after I livestream on YouTube!

Streaming out in public is quite different from streaming in a studio, office, or simply the comforts of your own home. Travel, parking, crazy weather including intense heat and sun, staying hydrated, bugs on the gimbal lol, and a lot more must be considered.

But most importantly - and the main point of this video below - I recommend that you don't lose sight of why you're streaming in the first place... and to spend some time really soaking in your surroundings, and to truly enjoy everything you're seeing beyond the camera lens - in real life.

Let me know what you think of my experience! And does this help you in any way? My goal as a Channel is to help inspire you to make all your very own dreams come true.
